Ingredients
- 30 Mini Phyllo Shells
- ½ cups Apricot Jam
- ⅔ cups Marscapone
- 2 Tablespoons Hazelnut Shavings
- 2 cups Sliced Strawberries
Preparation
Prepare shells according to package directions.
Brush apricot jam onto the interior of each shell with a pastry brush. Fill shells with about 1 teaspoon marscapone. Sprinkle with hazelnut shavings.
Top each shell with 2 to 3 slices of strawberry. Brush apricot jam onto the strawberries to give it a nice shiny glaze.
Note: I make hazelnut shavings by grating the hazelnuts with a microplane.
