Strawberry and Apple Chia Pudding

Description

This makes a pretty gluten-free and dairy-free breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 300 grams Strawberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey Or Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 whole Eating Apple, Peeled, Cored And Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 4 Tablespoons Dairy Free Natural Yoghurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Gluten Free Granola

Preparation

Place strawberries, honey, lemon juice and apple in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until fruit is tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in chia seeds.

Divide between glasses and refrigerate overnight. Top with the dairy-free natural yoghurt and granola.
