This makes a pretty gluten-free and dairy-free breakfast.
Ingredients
- 300 grams Strawberries
- 1 Tablespoon Honey Or Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 whole Eating Apple, Peeled, Cored And Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 4 Tablespoons Dairy Free Natural Yoghurt
- 2 Tablespoons Gluten Free Granola
Preparation
Place strawberries, honey, lemon juice and apple in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until fruit is tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in chia seeds.
Divide between glasses and refrigerate overnight. Top with the dairy-free natural yoghurt and granola.
