Description
Fresh strawberries, creamy brie, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze, all nestled on top of French bread slices!
Ingredients
- 1 pound French Bread, Cut Into Thin Slices
- ¼ cups Honey
- 6 pieces (about 0.6 Oz. Size) Creamy Brie Wedges
- 1 pound Driscoll’s Strawberries, Cut Into Thin Slices
- 4 Tablespoons Balsamic Glaze, For Drizzling
Preparation
Set oven to medium broil setting.
Place bread slices on a large baking pan. Lightly drizzle with honey and toast bread under broiler until just browned.
Remove from oven and spread 1 teaspoon Brie onto each slice of bread. Place 3-4 strawberry slices on top of Brie and repeat with remaining bread slices. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
