Super Easy Strawberry Balsamic Tart made with only 4 ingredients! The perfect dessert for spring!
Ingredients
- FOR THE TART:
- 1 whole Sheet Of Frozen Puff Pastry, Thawed
- 16 ounces, weight Strawberries, Sliced
- FOR THE BALSAMIC REDUCTION:
- ½ cups Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
Preparation
For the tart:
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Cut puff pastry into 4 or 6 squares and place on a baking sheet lined with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Prick all over with a fork to keep the pastry from puffing up. Arrange strawberries on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown, rotating halfway through. Serve immediately with a drizzle of balsamic reduction and ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
For the balsamic reduction:
Add balsamic vinegar and brown sugar to a small saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce has reduced by half. Keep warm until ready to use.
