    Ingredients

    • 1-¼ cup Frozen Strawberries
    • 1 whole Banana, Peeled
    • ½ cups Coconut Milk
    • 3 Tablespoons Honey
    • 2 Tablespoons Flax Seeds (optional)
    • 1 Tablespoon Wheat Germ (optional)

    Preparation

    Put all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend to your desired consistence, pour into a glass and enjoy!
