Description
Low-fat, low-cal, low-carb, full of flavors and a huge serving size. You can’t expect more of a breakfast! This dish definitely keeps you satisfied until lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese (fat Free)
- ¼ cups Banana, Mashed (for 1/4 Cup You’ll Need About 1/2 Banana)
- 1 teaspoon Stevia
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ½ cups Strawberries
- ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon (optional)
- ¼ cups Pecans (optional)
Preparation
In a small bowl bring together cottage cheese, banana, stevia and vanilla. Stir until well combined and let stand 10 minutes so that flavors can evolve.
Clean and hull the strawberries then cut them into bite sized chunks.
After ten minutes add strawberries into the cottage cheese mixture and stir. Top with cinnamon and pecans (optional).
