    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Bolthouse Vanilla Chai Protein Drink
    • 1 cup Strawberries, Frozen
    • ½ whole Banana, Frozen
    • 2 Tablespoons Ground Flax Seed

    Preparation

    Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until strawberries and banana are incorporated.
