    Description

    A great mid-afternoon snack to cool off in the hot summer. Or a healthy after-dinner treat.

    Ingredients

    • 2 whole Bananas, Peeled And Broken In Half
    • 1 cup Strawberries, Fresh Or Frozen
    • 2 Tablespoons Honey
    • 1-½ cup Almond Milk
    • 4 whole Ice Cubes

    Preparation

    Place bananas in the blender, and layer with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until completely incorporated and smooth, 1- 2 minutes. Pour into desired glasses and enjoy!
