Description

A healthy, guilt-free popsicle that tastes like a smoothie made with bananas, strawberries, Greek yogurt and milk. Only 31 calories.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries, Frozen
  • 1 whole Banana, Frozen
  • ½ cups Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • ½ cups Non-fat Milk Or Milk Of Choice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey Or Sugar

Preparation

Add all of your ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour mixture into popsicle mold. Place in freezer for approximately 6 hours. Run popsicle mold under warm water and pop out of mold and serve.
