Description
I’ve always thought water was boring. I drank it more because I know I should rather than as something to enjoy. That all changed this week when a friend introduced me to flavored water.
Now a beautifully colored container graces our kitchen counter—I make a different flavor each day. This is a refreshing and delicious invitation to drink more water
Ingredients
- 3 cups Fresh Strawberries, Washed, Hulled And Halved
- 10 leaves Fresh Basil, Washed Then Scrunched In Your Hands Or Muddled To Release Their Flavor
- 1 gallon Water
- Ice
Preparation
Note: Our glass containers are a little bigger than a gallon size.
Into the container add the strawberries, basil, and 1/4 of the water. Cover with a thick layer of ice and put container in the refrigerator overnight to steep. In the morning, add the remaining water and additional ice.
