Description

Green tea naturally contains antioxidant compounds called polyphenols, and has long been touted as having health benefits ranging from promoting heart health, to preventing breast cancer, to assisting with weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 8 whole Large Organic Strawberries, Stemmed
  • ½ cups Lowfat Plain Yogurt
  • 4 whole Ice Cubes
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder (not The Same As Green Tea Powder)
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • ¼ teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • 1 dash Skim Milk, Only If Needed

Preparation

Place all ingredients into a blender and puree to desired consistency. Add skim milk to thin if necessary. Enjoy!
