Strawberry-Mango Lassi

    Description

    A creamy, fruity yogurt drink that’s a cinch to make!

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Mango Chunks, Frozen
    • 1 cup Strawberries, Frozen
    • ¼ cups Sugar
    • 2 cups Greek Yogurt (substitute Dairy-free If Needed)
    • 4 whole Fresh Strawberries For Garnish

    Preparation

    In a blender, puree the frozen mango chunks, frozen strawberries and sugar. Add the yogurt and blend again until combined.

    Divide the smoothie between 3-4 glasses, garnish with strawberries and enjoy!

    Note: Recipe can easily be doubled/tripled, and can be made 1-2 days before serving (refrigerate until serving).
