A delicious smoothie full of good-for-you ingredients that will keep you satisfied for hours!
Ingredients
- ½ whole Mango, Peeled/seeded
- 5 whole Frozen Strawberries
- ½ whole Frozen Banana, Peeled
- 1 container (5.3 Oz. Size) Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- ½ cups Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Walnuts
- 1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Note: If using fresh stawberries or bananas, add a few ice cubes to make sure it’s cold enough.
