Strawberry Mint Sorbet

Description

Make sorbet without an ice cream machine. Especially when it’s 90+ degrees out there, and all you want is something refreshing, something icy, something sweet.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen Strawberries
  • 1  Frozen Large Ripe Banana
  • 1 cup Almond Milk (or Water)
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey Or Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Mint Leaves

Preparation

Thaw frozen strawberries and banana at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend/process until smooth.

Freeze for a few hours and scoop into a bowl to serve. Or serve immediately as a thick smoothie. Either way, it can be enjoyed with a spoon.
