Description
These Prosecco mimosas are made with fresh berries, all-natural fruit popsicles, and lemon zest. Light, refreshing, gorgeous and totally delicious.
Ingredients
- ½ pounds Strawberries
- ½ pounds Raspberries, Divided
- 4 Strawberry Or Raspberry Popsicles
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 1 bottle (750ml Size) Prosecco
Preparation
Dice strawberries and lightly mash half of the raspberries. Add about 1 teaspoon of each into a wine glass.
Place one popsicle in each glass and pour Prosecco slowly into the glass, about 1 cup of Prosecco in each drink. Top with a sprinkle of lemon zest and garnish with remaining raspberries. Stir the popsicle a few times around and enjoy!
