Description
Fresh berries, fresh rhubarb, yogurt all balanced with the sweetness of honey!
Ingredients
- 6 whole Fresh Or Frozen Strawberries
- ½ cups Fresh Or Frozen Rhubarb, Cut In Small Pieces
- ½ cups Plain Non-fat Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
Preparation
Toss everything into blender and blend away! Taste for sweetness preference and add additional honey, if necessary. I add a scoop of vanilla protein powder to kick up my protein intake for the day!
