Strawberry Rhubarb Smoothie

Description

Fresh berries, fresh rhubarb, yogurt all balanced with the sweetness of honey!

Ingredients

  • 6 whole Fresh Or Frozen Strawberries
  • ½ cups Fresh Or Frozen Rhubarb, Cut In Small Pieces
  • ½ cups Plain Non-fat Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes

Preparation

Toss everything into blender and blend away! Taste for sweetness preference and add additional honey, if necessary. I add a scoop of vanilla protein powder to kick up my protein intake for the day!
