Description

One for those of you who turn their noses up at bananas in smoothies: a banana-free Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie! Healthy, creamy and so good!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (10 To 12 Oz. Size) Frozen Strawberries (or Fresh Hulled, But Add 4-6 Ice Cubes As Well)
  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt (I Used Greek Vanilla, But Regular Or Plain Works, Too)
  • ½ cups Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup (OR Honey OR White Sugar)

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a high-power blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, or chill in the fridge for up to 2 hours.
