Description

Mushrooms stuffed with sausage and cheeses.

Ingredients

  • 24 whole Mushrooms
  • 24 whole Mushroom Stems
  • 1 pound Pork Breakfast Sausage
  • ½ cups Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Sherry
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • ½ cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

Preparation

Pop stems from mushrooms. Chop and add to mixing bowl. Add uncooked sausage, bread crumbs, sherry, and cheeses. Mix mixture with your hands until well combined.

Fill each mushroom with stuffing. You want stuffing to pile on top of mushroom. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake 45-60 minutes in a 350°F oven.

Serve while still warm.
