An update on your classic salsa recipe that will leave your guests’ taste buds in a happy place!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Tomatoes
  • ½ bunches Cilantro
  • 1 whole Vidalia Onion
  • 2 teaspoons Lime Juice
  • 1 pinch Salt (use Coarse Sea Salt)

Preparation

Wash tomatoes and cliantro thoroughly.

Preheat smoker. Place whole tomatoes and onion on the grill, leave to smoke for 30 minutes. Allow tomatoes and onion to cool before chopping.

Finely chop cilantro. Mix cilantro, tomatoes, onion and lime juice in a medium bowl. Add salt to taste. Let sit in fridge for 1 hour before serving.

Serve with tortilla chips.
