Description

It’s fluffy, savory and fragrant, filled with yummy sun-dried tomatoes and thyme.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • 3 Tablespoons Diced Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 dash Salt And Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Plus More If Necessary

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a food processor and puree until soft and fluffy and sun-dried tomatoes have been pureed throughout. Add more olive oil as necessary to get your bean dip to the desired fluffiness.
