Description

A light and airy waffle. Perfect for a weekend breakfast or to freeze and enjoy during the week.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • Pinch Of Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • ½ cups Butter, Melted
  • 1-½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2  Large Eggs, Beaten

Preparation

In a large batter bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Make a well in the flour mixture and add in milk, butter, vanilla and eggs. Stir all ingredients together until smooth.

Follow instructions of your waffle maker to cook waffles.

Tips:
Freeze waffles and toast desired amount of waffles from frozen in toaster.
Top waffles with fresh fruit, whip cream, maple syrup, confectioner’s sugar or cinnamon.
Serve as a dessert topped with ice cream and carmel or hot fudge.
