Description
Great for a snack or for a quick breakfast, these sausage balls are super easy and super yummy! Every southern girl has this recipe in her back pocket!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Regular Breakfast Sausage
- 4 cups Shredded Cheese
- 1-½ cup Bisquick Or Your Favorite Baking Mix
- 1 pinch Black Pepper, Or To Taste
- ½ cups Sweet Onion, Grated
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 F. In a large bowl mix together all the above ingredients. Roll mixture into golf ball size servings. Place the sausage balls onto an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet (that has been lightly sprayed with Pam). Note: Make the balls smaller if you are serving for a party.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Remove pan from oven. Let them sit for a few minutes and then drain on paper towels before serving.
