Description
After tasting this homemade hot chocolate, you’ll never buy the store-bought stuff again.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (heaping)
- ¼ teaspoons Sea Salt
Preparation
Heat the milk in a microwave safe cup/mug until hot (start with a minute and go from there). Alternately, heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until it’s hot (take caution that it doesn’t boil over). Mix in the sugar, cocoa powder and salt. If there are little lumps of the cocoa that haven’t fully dissolved, use the back of your spoon against the side of cup to crush them in. Enjoy!
