    Description

    Hemp seeds are a nutritional powerhouse with a great mild flavor, making them a perfect addition to this superfood truffle. Great as an afternoon snack.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cups Raw Cacao Powder Plus Extra For Dusting
    • 2 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds
    • ¼ cups Almond Flour
    • 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
    • ¼ cups Coconut Oil, Warmed To A Liquid

    Preparation

    Combine the dry ingredients (cacao powder through flour) in a bowl. Add maple syrup and coconut oil and mix to form a dough. Roll into your preferred size balls. Roll prepared balls in the extra cacao. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.

    Note: The amount of coconut oil may need to be adjusted (slightly more or less) depending upon your kitchen environment and brand of ingredients.
