Ingredients
- FOR THE MEATBALLS:
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- ½ cups Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- ½ whole Onion, Minced
- 1 whole Egg
- 1-½ teaspoon Salt
- 1-½ teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- FOR THE SAUCE:
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 1-½ teaspoon Salt
- 1-½ teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 cups Egg Noodles
- 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Plus More For Topping
- ½ cups Chopped Parsley
Preparation
Mix beef, breadcrumbs, onions, egg, salt and pepper together in a large bowl until evenly combined. Roll into 1 ½-inch balls. Heat canola oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and cook the meatballs for 1 minute on each side.
Add broth, milk, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to the pot. Bring to a boil.
Add egg noodles and stir constantly until noodles are cooked through and sauce has thickened, about 8 minutes. Add Parmesan and parsley. Stir until cheese has melted.
Sprinkle with a little more Parmesan and serve!
