Description
A refreshing yogurt lassi made with mint, honey and cardamom.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Ogranic Low Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Cardamom
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Mint Leaves
- ⅓ cups Honey
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 4 leaves Fresh Mint For Garnish
Preparation
Combine all in a blender except the saffron. If desired add more honey, mint, cardamom until you reach preferred taste. Pour into glasses, garnish with saffron and mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes: You can start off with 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup ice and add more honey if needed and adjust with more mint if desired.
