Description
Sweet ‘n Tangy Chutney for snacks or spicy food. Goes great with salads, too.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh Cilantro
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 whole Green Chilies (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1 Tablespoon Tamarind Paste (You Can Substitute The Juice Of A Lime)
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder (optional)
Preparation
Wash cilantro, garlic, green chilies and drain out all water.
Add all the Ingredients to a blender jar and pulse to form a smooth paste.
Serve fresh with spicy food or store in fridge in an airtight container up to 1 month.
