Sweet Potato Dip

Description

Oh my, this dip is so good. Use with baked cinnamon dough sticks.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Large Sweet Potatoes, Peeled, Cut Into Small Cubes
  • 1-¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 pinches Nutmeg
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cups Whipped Cream Or Whipped Topping

Preparation

In a large pot over medium high heat, add water and sweet potato cubes. Cook 15 minutes until tender. Remove from heat and drain. Transfer to a food processor and pulse several times. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Run food processor for several minutes to puree.

Transfer into a bowl. Fold in whipped cream and stir gently.

We love this dip served warm and with baked cinnamon dough sticks or graham crackers. So scrumptious!
