Ingredients
- 1 whole Sweet Potato, Peeled And Cubed
- ⅔ cups Rolled Oats
- 1 whole Egg
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Prepare a large baking sheet or pizza stone and set aside.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a loose dough forms. Add additional olive oil if the dough is too loose.
Transfer the mix to your baking sheet or pizza stone and press into a round. The crust should be about 1/4-inch thick.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until slightly browned. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Once cooled, place the pizza crust back on the baking sheet or pizza round with the browned side down. Bake for an additional 5–10 minutes until crispy.
Add desired pizza toppings, bake as necessary and enjoy!
