Description

An delicious dip that comes together in 10 minutes. Never any leftovers!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 2 packages (about 1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning
  • 1-½ cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 10 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 4 whole Roma Tomatoes, Diced
  • Chopped Cilantro, For Garnish (optional)
  • Tortilla Chips For Serving

Preparation

Combine the sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning with a hand-mixer. Spread the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 dish. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Top with the shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes. Top with chopped cilantro if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
