Tater tot casserole is a beefy, cheesy meal that the whole family will love!
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1 can (10 3/4 Oz. Size) Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 4 ounces, fluid Cream Cheese
- ¼ cups Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1 bag (32 Oz. Size) Frozen Tater Tots
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a skillet, over medium heat, brown ground beef and season with salt and pepper. To the ground beef mixture, add soup, cream cheese, ketchup, Sriracha sauce, and 1 cup of the cheese. Continue cooking until mixed together and heated through.
Transfer to an oven safe baking dish. Top with a single layer of tater tots. Bake for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake another 10 minutes.
