Ingredients
- ½ Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- ½ cups Corn
- ½ cups Black Beans
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Cilantro
- 1-½ Tablespoon Tequila
Preparation
Heat coconut oil in a small skillet. Add corn to skillet and cook for 2 minutes, then add black beans. Stir beans and corn and cook for 1 minute. Add cilantro and tequila and cook until the liquid has reduced by half. Serve warm with your favorite tacos.
