Description
Easy to prepare appetizers for game day, or any day!
Ingredients
- 1 pound Boneless Beef Steak
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Prepared Teriyaki Sauce
- ¼ teaspoons Granulated Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil (plus More To Oil Grill Pan)
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 12 whole Bamboo Skewers
Preparation
First, cut off any obvious/large fat from your steak, and then slice the steak into 1-inch strips.
In a medium bowl, combine sugar, teriyaki sauce, garlic, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, and ginger and stir to combine well.
Put the steak strips into the bowl, and toss well to evenly coat.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it into the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
When ready to cook, heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and oil it with some olive oil. Turn on the overhead fan!
While the grill heats up, thread a piece of meat onto each skewer, lengthwise.
When the grill is very hot, put the meat on and grill for 3 minutes on each side to cook through. Then cook for another minute or two, turning often, to carmelize the sugar/marinade.
Serve hot and enjoy!
