Ingredients
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 5 Green Onions, Chopped, For Extra Flavor (optional)
- 2 ounces, weight Buddig Beef Pastrami (or Fresh Pastrami From Deli) Sliced Thin
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 package (about 3/4 Oz. Packet) Zesty Italian Salad Dressing Mix
- 16 ounces, weight Fisher’s Sliced Almonds, For Coating
- Ritz Crackers, Or Veggies Of Choice, To Serve
- Freshly Chopped Parsley (For Garnish)
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the sliced almonds. With hands, roll everything into a large ball.
Take a dinner plate and spread sliced almonds on it. Then roll cheeseball on it to cover completely.
Place on a serving plate with crackers and/or veggies. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley for extra flavor and decoration.
This can be stored overnight in the fridge so flavors can blend, or serve immediately.
