It took me quite some time to discover the absolute best pancake recipe, but the day has finally come! These gluten-free flapjacks are fluffy, moist and the perfect way to start your day.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ cups Olive Oil
- 4 Eggs
- ½ cups Water
- 14 cups Chocolate Chips
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix almond flour and baking powder. In a separate bowl, mix oil, eggs and water.
Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips.
Pour ingredients into a nonstick pan in 1-tablespoon portions. Cook over medium heat until golden brown. Enjoy!
