Sweet and salty, with big bites of dried fruit and crunchy nuts. Perfect for breakfast or a light snack!
Ingredients
- FOR THE DRY INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ pounds, ⅜ ounces, weight Oats
- 5-⅓ ounces, weight Coconut Flakes
- 6-¼ ounces, weight Nuts And/or Seeds
- 3-⅝ ounces, weight Dried Fruit

- FOR THE SYRUP:
- 3-⅝ ounces, weight Light Brown Sugar
- 3-⅝ ounces, weight Maple Syrup
- ¾ ounces, weight Honey
- 3-⅝ ounces, weight Olive Oil
- ¼ ounces, weight Cinnamon
- ¼ ounces, weight Salt
Preparation
Combine all dry ingredients except dried fruit in a large mixing bowl. Pour all syrup ingredients over dried ingredients and mix until completely coated. Lay on 2 large parchment-lined sheet trays and bake at 250ºF for 1 1/2 hours.
Let cool, break apart, add dried fruit and enjoy!
