Ingredients
- FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
- 55 grams Fresh Pineapple
- ½ pieces Small Cucumber
- 60 grams Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Fresh Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1 leaf Spinach
- 30 milliliters Water
- FOR THE TOPPINGS:
- 1 Tablespoon Goji Berries
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- ½ Tablespoons Sliced Walnuts And Hazelnuts
- ½ teaspoons Hemp Hearts
Preparation
Add smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Transfer everything to a bowl. Add all of the topping ingredients and stir everything well. Let sit for 30 minutes for chia seeds to expand.
