Smoothie bowls are something you should incorporate into your diet. They are so healthy and detoxifying for your body.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
  • 55 grams Fresh Pineapple
  • ½ pieces Small Cucumber
  • 60 grams Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 leaf Spinach
  • 30 milliliters Water
  • FOR THE TOPPINGS:
  • 1 Tablespoon Goji Berries
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • ½ Tablespoons Sliced Walnuts And Hazelnuts
  • ½ teaspoons Hemp Hearts

Preparation

Add smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Transfer everything to a bowl. Add all of the topping ingredients and stir everything well. Let sit for 30 minutes for chia seeds to expand.
