Description
This anti-Valentine’s Day cocktail is both spicy and sweet.
Ingredients
- FOR THE INFUSED VODKA:
- 2 cups Vodka
- 3 Jalapenos
- FOR THE COCKTAIL:
- 1-½ ounce, fluid Infused Vodka
- 3 ounces, fluid Pomegranate Juice
- 3 ounces, fluid Italian Blood Orange Soda
- Ice
- 1 Lime
Preparation
Infuse vodka 2-3 days prior serving the cocktail. Put the vodka in a mason jar. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise (hot dog style—haha couldn’t resist) and remove all seeds. Place jalapeños in mason jar and let it sit in the fridge for 2-3 days.
Put ice in a cocktail shaker and combine vodka and pomegranate juice. Put the lid on and shake. Strain into a glass and top with Italian blood orange soda. Stir.
Squeeze juice from 1/4 of a lime over the top. Serve and enjoy while listening to some tunes!
