Description
This deliciously balanced drink is a tad smoky, a little bitter, and a great overall introduction to mescal.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce, fluid Mescal (We Used Sanka)
- 1 ounce, fluid Elderflower Liqueur (We Used St. Germain)
- ½ ounces, fluid Punt E Mes
- ¼ ounces, fluid Lemon Juice
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
