Description
Sweet and salty granola, baked to perfection. Perfect with a dash of cream or milk for breakfast.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Honey
- ½ cups Corn Syrup
- ¾ cups Canola Or Vegetable Oil
- ¼ cups Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- 5 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Slivered Almonds
- 1 package (about 4 Oz. Sleeve) Graham Crackers, Broken
- ⅓ cups Sunflower Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 275ºF.
In a Dutch oven, heat honey, corn syrup, oil, and coconut oil until melted. Remove from heat; whisk in the vanilla and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Transfer to a greased baking sheet with sides. Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 5–10 minutes. Cool completely, stirring once or twice. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
