The Perfect Smoothie!

Description

My husband and I drink these for breakfast every morning. Even though they are super healthy, they end up tasting like a peanut butter and jelly milk shake! Yum!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Skim Milk
  • ¾ cups V8 Fusion Banana Strawberry Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons (heaping) Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 whole Frozen Sliced Bananas (slice Before Freezing)
  • ¾ cups Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 2 Tablespoons (heaping) Natural Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 3 packages (table Sized Little Packets) Stevia
  • 1-½ cup Fresh Spinach

Preparation

Place all ingredients besides the spinach in the blender, blend on high until smooth. Add spinach, pushing it down into the mixture until covered, blend on high until smooth.

Pour into two large glasses, and enjoy!
