Description

This sparkling cocktail is a summery take on the Ball Drop cocktail.

Ingredients

  • ¾ ounces, fluid Dark Rum I Used Papa Pilar’s Dark Rum
  • ½ ounces, fluid Cointreau
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters
  • 4 ounces, fluid Sparkling Wine
  • Orange Twist, For Garnish

Preparation

Pour the rum, Cointreau and orange bitters into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with an orange twist.
