It just doesn’t get more classic than Henry Craddock’s original White Lady cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces, fluid London Dry Gin
- ½ ounces, fluid Cointreau
- ½ ounces, fluid Lemon Juice
- 1 Fresh Egg White
- Ice, To Fill Cocktail Shaker
Preparation
Note for those with sensitivities: recipe contains raw egg white.
Combine all ingredients in a shaker without the ice. Dry shake. Add ice, and shake again. Fine-strain into a pre-chilled martini glass.
