Description
My mom would name healthy foods after storybook foods so that we would eat this. Now, this has become one of our favorite foods and keeps you full and energized until lunch.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Steel Cut Oats (I Like To Cook Them Overnight In My Crock Pot)
- 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
- ¾ cups Brown Sugar
- ½ cups Almonds
Preparation
Combine all ingredients. If your oatmeal gets too cold you can warm it up in the microwave. The berries and brown sugar will melt together and make a syrup. Divide into 4 bowls. Serve.
