Description

An interesting way to serve breakfast eggs and toast, which will bring smile to the faces of your children.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil Or Butter
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper

Preparation

Take bread pieces one by one and make a hole in the center with the help of a biscuit/cookie mould. You can choose any shape, round or heart shape. Place a flat pan over medium heat and season with a little bit of oil. Now butter the bread on both sides and place them in the pan over medium flame. Cook on one side and turn. Carefully break the egg inside the hole and cook the egg. Take care not to break them. When the bread slices are slightly crisp and eggs are done, take them out carefully with the help of a flat spoon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve hot.
