Add some protein to your favorite Mexican dip with this healthier alternative!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Ripe Avocados
  • 1 pound Tofu, Firm And Pressed
  • 4 dashes Salt And Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Using a large fork or pestle, mash them together. Add additional salt, pepper and lemon to taste.

Serve with chips, pretzels or vegetables and enjoy!
