Ingredients
- 12 slices Sourdough Bread (or Bread Of Your Choice)
- ¼ cups Pesto
- 2 whole Plum Tomatoes, Diced (or Tomatoes Of Your Choice)
- ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Preparation
Lightly toast the bread. Spread on the pesto. Sprinkle on tomatoes and cheese.
Broil long enough to melt the cheese.
