Triple Cheese Hamburger

Description

A quarter-pound burger covered with three different cheeses and topped with your favourite condiments.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter (optional)
  • ¼ cups Ketchup Or BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Relish
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 2  All Beef 1/4 Pound Hamburger Patties
  • 2  Hamburger Buns (I Used Crostini)
  • ½ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 leaves Romaine Lettuce, Torn
  • ½ cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½  Tomato, Sliced
  • ¼ cups Shredded Goat Cheese
  • 2 pieces Sandwich Pickles
  • ½ cups Hot Pepper Rings

Preparation

1. Heat a grill pan or skillet on medium heat. Add butter if using and let it melt and coat the pan.
2. In a small bowl mix together ketchup, relish and mustard and set aside.
3. Place patties in hot skillet and cook for about 6 minutes on each side. Do not press down on the patties and turn them only once. Cook to desired doneness depending how you like your burgers.
4. Heat burger buns in a toaster oven if desired.
5. Layer the cut sides of buns with the ketchup mixture.
6. On the bottom bun add, shredded cheddar cheese and a leaf of lettuce.
7. Place cooked burger on top and then add shredded mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, another leaf of lettuce, goat cheese, sandwich pickles and hot pepper rings. Add top bun.
8. Enjoy!
