Description
A thick and creamy green smoothie filled with tropical fruits. So healthy and tasty, and filling enough for a light meal or snack!
Ingredients
- 1 whole Small Banana, Peeled
- ¼ cups Mango Chunks
- ¼ cups Pineapple Chunks
- ¼ cups Plain Or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Packed Fresh Spinach
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds (optional)
- 1 cup Milk (any Kind)
- ½ cups Water Or Ice
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
Note: If using frozen ingredients you will likely need water to be able to blend the smoothie. If using fresh, you will need ice to thicken it up. Mix with just milk to begin and see whether you need to add water or ice.
