Description

All natural protein smoothie—pure tropical refreshment.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Pineapple Juice
  • ½ cups Cottage Cheese
  • ¼ cups Baby Carrots
  • ½ cups Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1 whole Peeled Banana (preferably Frozen)

Preparation

1. Put the pineapple juice, cottage cheese and carrots in the blender. Blend until the carrot is completely chopped.
2. Add the frozen mango and banana and continue blending until smooth.
